Order Processing Time
All Orders take at most 2 business days to process before being picked up for shipment. Please make allowances for this processing time when estimating your delivery date.
USPS Express Mail Orders received before 3pm (PST) will be shipped on the same business day it is received. If your order is received after 3pm (PST) your order will only ship out the following business day. We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday.
Once your order has been picked up by Fedex or USPS for shipment you will receive an automated email notification confirming shipment along with your tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to follow the progress of your order in transit until it reaches you or your recipient.

Lost Packages shipped via USPS
IF your package has not been received after 14 days, or has been received without contents, please call us at: 213-624-8812 with your order number, or email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then file a claim in your behalf. After the claim has been approved we will send you an email and offer either a full refund or to reship the package.
USPS International Flat Rate insures up to a $45 value of your package. If you wish to insure the full value of your package, please choose USPS Priority Mail or Fedex. Please note that USPS International Priority Mail does not ship to the following countries: Australia, Bolivia, Canada, France, Greece, India, Israel, Latvia, Pakistan, Poland and Romania. If your package is lost, we can only refund the insured amount of your package.
We accept Bank Wire payments or Direct Deposit. Please contact us for more information. Credit Card payments will be verified and we may contact you to verify the order placed.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The customs office of your country may impose custom fees, import duties, tax or other charges to your order. These charges vary depending on the country. Gemzngold cannot provide any estimates for these fees. Please contact your local customs office for details.
